Heirs of the Past
Twelve thousand years separate two worlds. And yet something connects them — something that does not die.
Before History had a name, there was a civilisation. Not in books. Not in legends. Only in the memory of those who slept, waiting.
Arkon and Syla were not survivors by chance. They were built to endure what was coming — and to carry forward something humanity was not yet ready to receive.
Then the sky fell.
In 2184, the megalopolis has no sky. Only the colour of an old television tuned to a dead channel.
Jonas and Mirea are Glitches — anomalies in a system that does not tolerate anomalies. They feel things others cannot feel. They see connections others have forgotten. And someone wants them gone for it.
What they don't know is where what they are comes from. Or why it has survived so long.
Heirs of the Past is a dual-timeline novel that spans twelve thousand years of human history — from the dawn of a vanished civilisation to the fall of a future dystopia — tracing the thread that holds them together.
A thread almost invisible. But one that has never broken.
Between the mythic epic of Part One and the fragmented cyberpunk of Part Two, the novel asks an ancient question: what truly survives time? Power? Memory? Or something harder to name?
This is not a story of heroes. It is a story of inheritance — of what passes from hand to hand across the millennia, without anyone quite choosing it.
For readers who love philosophical speculative fiction. For those who have always felt that History is hiding something. For those who look for novels that stay with them.
'Duality is not conflict. It is the oldest form of balance.'
