Rare original 1895 copy of the 4th part of Mills's, "Heat: Science and Philosophy of Its Production and Application to the Warming and Ventilation of Buildings, the Absorbing and Transmitting Power of Different Boiler and Radiator Surfaces with Steam and Water Circulation. Ventilation by Fans and Water Motors with Hydrant Pressure: Radiators." The book is overall in good condition with some minor signs of wear and age. The covers have some moderate wear. There are a couple of small sections of minor cracking to the interior hinges, but the binding is good and sound. The interior is lightly toned from age but is mostly nice and clean, though there may be the occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as a light bit of foxing or grubbiness, or soiling, creased page corner, tiny tear or chip, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 10 1/8 inches by 7 inches.
