About the Author: Rumi, as well as being known for his poetry and other writings was the founder of the 'Whirling Dervishes'. Translator John Moyne is head of of Linguistics at the City University of NY. Translator Coleman Barks, is a poet and professor; he has published 12 books of Rumi's poetry.
