nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Will, an imperfect but good-hearted man, becomes caught up in a cosmic battle between intellect and entropy in a world where human beliefs determine reality. A critical juncture in the power dynamic arises during Will' s voyage, when he personifies reason. Will learns about his own power and the consequences of his decisions after meeting three vampire queens who are the legendary progenitors of many races and the sources of mythical personalities. Will, possessed by an inner devil and afflicted by diversions, must face his weaknesses in order to tap into the potential of the human mind. Will emerges as a ray of hope in a society on the brink of anarchy as he makes his way through a perilous terrain of old tales and contemporary problems. In his search for insight and salvation, he challenges the limits of belief, blurs the line between myth and truth, and ultimately determines humanity' s fate.
