Title page, pages 51 to 188. Complete. Page numbers are a continuation of a previous hearing held in May. 234 x 150 mm. Minor soiling to first and last page. Pages 136 to 142 is an impressive presentation by Aaron W. Levy, representing the Federation of Jewish Organizations of the state of New York. He is followed by others, including representatives of German Societies of New York, the Hearst newspaper etc, all pointing out to the anti immigrant bias and illegal behavior of the commissioners and their underlings, who deport and exclude new arrivals contrary to law.
