He is the calm...waiting for her storm
"In our gravest state of loss, we find the deepest parts of our soul"
He found her.
Bianca Kennedy has always been a stranger in her life.
Choice-a faraway dream she admired.
Grief-a dear friend that never left.
Five years ago, she bid farewell to her childhood home, love, and friends in the hope of an escape. Not for her, but for the boy who deserved the world she couldn't give. After these years, fate or a waiting tragedy has put her where she left. In front of the man, she once swore a happy life with. And now will ruin.
Jason Archer leads life ruthlessly with nothing in his heart.
Trust-not easily gained.
Hurt-not a friend, not a foe, but a crucial companion by his side.
After having everything in his control, there was one precious bird he could never admire. Her. Her laughs and smiles once took down his walls. Now, they leave a bitter taste of his forgotten love and trust in the face of her rejection. Her betrayal.
The universe works for them, in favor or against, only time will tell.
When their two worlds collide, history comes chasing back. One past, one truth and one life that bares their wounds beyond healing.
Nothing is true in their world of hidden darkness and deception. Except their love.
They will fight with each other, for each other. To resurrect from the ashes of their truth.
Together.
