Neuware - Oh Momma! is a cookbook containing over 100 family recipes dating back to the early 1900s that have been converted to healthy, low saturated fat dishes. Oh Momma isn't a weight loss diet plan, but reducing saturated fats can assist in reducing weight. With a mindful eye on saturated fats, salts and sugars, the book provides delicious recipes that are easy to follow and enjoyed by everyone. All recipes in the book contain no more than 5 grams of saturated fat per serving, which allows the maximum saturated fat recommended by the heart association to be 15 grams or fewer per day. Continue eating Pork, Chicken, Beef, Cakes and Desserts and your favorite foods, but learn how to alter the bad fats to good fats. Enjoy recipes for Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Indian, American classic recipes and more with lower saturated fats.
