Dr. Pooja Kansra is presently working as a Professor of Economics at Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab (India). She has a teaching experience of fourteen years. Her areas of research include health economics, labor economics, gender economics, insurance, and informal sector. She is an avid researcher and presented papers in various national and international conferences. She is the recipient of several best paper awards from reputed institutions such MAIMS, IBS, NIT Srinagar, Delhi University and Lovely Professional University. She has to her credit various research papers published in Scopus Indexed Journals including Journal of Consumer Behavior (Wiley, ABDC A category), Economic and Political Weekly (EPW), Journal of Health Management (Sage Publications). Global Business Review (Sage Publications), International Journal of Diabetes in Developing Countries (Springer Publications), Health and Population: Perspectives and Issues (MOHFW) etc. She has published several books on the various aspects of health economics. She is an editorial board member/reviewer in several national and international journals.

Diksha Verma is an Assistant Professor in CGC Landran with over 5 years of experience in academics and academic administration. She has done Ph.D., M. Com and B. Com (Hons.) in finance. Her areas of research include insurance, blockchain, bancassurance, banking sector etc. She is an avid researcher and presented papers at various national and international conferences and has won best paper awards. She has to her credit research papers published in Scopus Indexed Journals. She has published various book chapters published in Scopus indexed books.

S. L. Gupta is currently working as the Professor and Director of BITS Noida. He brings with him a rich experience of 27 years in academia. He is D. Litt., Ph.D., M. Com, and PGDM in Marketing. Before joining BIT Noida Campus as director, he has served as the head of the institution in BIT International Center, Muscat, and BIT Extension Center, Patna. He has also served BIT Noida Campus from 2006 to 2012 as Professor, Academic Coordinator, and Coordinator, Ph.D. Program. He has played an instrumental role in revamping the academic infrastructure of BIT Muscat and BIT Patna. He is known for promoting the research environment among researchers, which has led to multiple high-quality research papers in noteworthy international publications. Dr. Gupta has completed a Major Research Project on “Imperatives for Quality and Effective Teaching in Indian- B-Schools” sponsored by UGC and, “Detailed work Time and motion studies (WT&MS), sponsored by Bihar Rural Development Society (BRDS). He has also organized many FDPs and workshops sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (Ministry of Science and Technology), Government of India, Indian Council of Social Science Research (Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Research Methodology. Dr. Gupta has also authored and co-authored books on business research, SPSS, Marketing Research, Sales and Distribution Management, Services Marketing, Advertising and Sales Promotion, International Retailing, and Entrepreneurship Development. He has published more than 50 research papers in journals of repute including the journals indexed in ABDC and Scopus. He has successfully guide around 10 Ph.D. scholars.
