From the Author
This book is a celebration of boats, boaters, and the harbors in which they congregate. Through our sometimes whimsical, sometimes emotional images, text, and poetry, we have tried to capture that part of boating that transforms the sport into a lifestyle. Boaters are sure to find familiar images that that may simply remind them of places visited and people once known, but they may also see a phase of the life they lead with new eyes.
