The manual GmbH & Co. KG explains all practice-relevant legal and tax issues surrounding the widespread legal form. Combining the benefits of a corporation with those of a partnership puts the consultant with challenging tasks to meet the needs of clients.
Theme-related from founding to ongoing corporate management to dissolution and liquidation, the work provides the equally important tax explanations to the corporate law explanations and thus maintains the necessary holistic view. Ongoing taxation, accounting and restructuring are also discussed.
The 23rd Edition is dedicated to the reform of partnership law (MoPeG) that comes into force on 1.1.2024 and comprehensively presents the new legal situation. New included are explanations of the option for corporate taxation (§ 1a KStG).
