This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -Grassroots football is the foundation upon which the entire football ecosystem is built. It is here that young players first develop their skills, form their passion for the game, and lay the groundwork for potential professional careers. However, the development of grassroots football often lacks a systematic and scientifically informed approach. This handbook aims to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive guide on how to scientifically develop and refine grassroots football from its foundational levels to professional aspects .The scientific development of grassroots football is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, it ensures that young players are trained using evidence-based methods that optimize their physical, technical, tactical, and psychological development. This approach helps in preventing injuries, enhancing performance, and fostering a lifelong love for the sport. Secondly, a scientifically grounded program can identify and nurture talent more effectively, increasing the chances of producing high-quality players who can compete at higher levels. 104 pp. Englisch.…
