Add to basketThe Hands That Held Us is a heartfelt Father's Day novel about love that is quiet, imperfect, and unforgettable.
Elias Turner has spent his life holding his family together with tired hands, silent sacrifices, and a heart full of words he never knew how to say. After losing his beloved wife, Mari, he promised to protect their children, Claire and Noah, even if it meant carrying his grief alone.
Years later, Claire has stopped calling, Noah is angry, and the home Elias fought so hard to keep feels full of distance. But when a sudden health scare brings old wounds into the open, the family begins to uncover the truth behind their father's silence: hidden letters, small acts of love, sacrifices no one noticed, and a lifetime of devotion tucked inside ordinary days.
As Father's Day approaches, Claire and Noah must decide whether they can forgive the past, understand the man behind the rules, and finally see the love that never left them.
Emotional, tender, and deeply moving, The Hands That Held Us is a story of family, forgiveness, grief, second chances, and the powerful love of a father who kept showing up-even when no one saw how much it cost him.
