Item description from seller

Two volumes, volume one is a silver card covered concertina style fold out set of architectural plans, photographs of models, and two aerial photographs, and model of the finished proposed development of the site, between Finchley Road Station, and West End Lane, West Hampstead, London; these are the architect's proposals, presumably for submission for planning approval. The second volume consists of fold out concertina style photographs of models of the proposed development, we think this was an unbuilt development of railway land that was redeveloped, in a rather unattractive scheme, in the nineties, a unique and unusual item.; i 50 x 37" ii 37 x 50".
