Hardback. Tiny marsk to bottom edge of inside cover. I have particularlu enjoyed contributing to this big, exciting, cookery book because I know how much housewives will appreciate the beautiful illustrations of every recipe in full colour. It is most helpful and encouraging to see just how the finished dish should look in a colour photograph immedicately above the recipe itself. Then it is so easy to refer to the photograph as one prepares the dish, and use it as a guide to the garnishing and presentation. Not only are these dishes atteactive, they really are simple and speedy to make. In every one of the 336 recipes, special though has been given to the speed and ease of preparation. I and the other contributors, busy housewives outselves, realise how important it is to streamline cooking chores whenever possible to the minimum. (Mary Berry). Every recipe includes a time-saving 'quick tip'. Illustrated. Illustrated laminated boards.
