About the Author: Katie Lorna McMillan grew up in Glasgow, Scotland. She graduated with a BA Degree in Sociology from Strathclyde University. Katie also studied Spanish so in 2004 she moved to Spain to teach English in a Spanish School. Haggis MacDougall is a fictional character that she has created and there are 3 books so far in the series. Katie currently lives in Glasgow with her husband Kevin and her three boys Hugo, Jonas and Ralph. About the Illustrator Graeme Andrew Clark is an Edinburgh based illustrator and designer, graduating in 2011 with a BA in Intermedia Art. He works full-time in creative marketing, but through his illustrative alter-ego ‘Oldmangrey’ he creates a range of pet and animal based products, commissions and art works. He lives in Edinburgh with his wife Nicola and their stubborn and mischievous Cairn Terrier Pip.
