Neuware - When we do an honest assessment of our lives, our achievements or the lack thereof you will discover that the predominate reason that most people, desires, dream and progress are held up and they are relegated to living their lives in the margin can be contributed to the habits they have adopted. Until we reassess and reconfigure our approach to life and the things that we want out of it and change what we have been doing habitually consistently that has proven not to yield any positive results we are basically granting permission for the things that we do not want to persist in our lives.Exchanging old habits for new habits is the key to living at optimum level. You can never change your reality until you first change your mentality. The healthier your habits are, the healthier your life will be.
