Pocket Edition of the magnificent nonsense hunt with NINE ILLUSTRATIONS BY HENRY HOLIDAY. Complete with Dustjacket. Red cloth cover with Bright Gilt central Illustration of a Snark Hunter on the front. Gilt lettering to spine. 83 Pages, 190g, 6 1/8" Tall. Printed by Richard Clay & Sons, Bungay. Previous owner's inscription on ffep.Jacket has some closed tears along sides of spine (repaired from the inside) and 2 tiny pieces missing from spine ends. Amother small closed tear along top edge at the back (1/2" Long) and tinly little bits missing from tips of corners. Spine Cloth very slightly faded at extreme ends where little bits of jacket are missing. Jacket Illustration on very good condition.
