f/piece with tissue-guard, ill.centre t.p.+xii+385+2 pp. Badminton Library series list, 4 further plates ex-pagination, numerous text ills, light brown floral endpapers; large heraldic plate of Robert Eeles ('Non Facile Occisus') to front endpaper which is also a little rippled, perhaps from adhesion of this, booksller's tiny label bottom fr.pastedown, opening xii/1 has tanning pathes, marginal tanning spots and light patches occasionally throughout, but not heavy, otherwise internally clean, tight and unmarked in clean bright unworn covers with dark brown, black, white and (on spine) gilt illustration. A nice copy of this celebratory volume on a now illegal rural passion. Size: 14 Cms x 19 Cms.
