About the Author
Depuis toujours sensible au vivant et aux enjeux planétaires, Nathalie Lourdel est titulaire d'un doctorat en science de l'environnement à l'École des mines de Saint-Étienne. Elle a ensuite créé sa société AUTREMEN (un AUTre REgard sur votre Monde en ÉvolutioN). Elle fait alors de nombreuses conférences sur les thèmes de l'écologie et du changement. Quand elle découvre son haut potentiel, elle explore différentes formes de créativité : l'écriture, la sculpture, la photo, le dessin... En 2020, elle écrit son premier livre : Réussir sa transitionécologique, se réinventer pour passerà l'action.
Souhaitant progresser pour accompagner les transitions plus efficacement, elle se forme aux neurosciences, au coaching, à la systémique, à l'hypnose... Passionnée, toujours en recherche d'évolutions, elle souhaite grandir et faire grandir ceux qu'elle accompagne. Nathalie développe une forme de coaching intégratif pour réconcilier l'homme et le vivant, ainsi que l'homme avec ce qu'il a de vivant en lui. Elle accompagne des groupes, des écosystèmes humains dans leurs transformations. Améliorer l'intelligence relationnelle des équipes pour plus de coopération et d'efficacité, voilà ce qui la motive.
Elle considère le coaching comme l'art du lien à l'autre. Son deuxième livre, Le coaching, lui permet de transmettre en images ce métier passionnant. Elle crée ensuite l'école de coaching EAR. Nathalie imagine une pédagogie innovante, intégrative basée sur l'alignement corps - coeur - cerveau. Elle aime particulièrement libérer les potentiels de ceux qu'elle accompagne, favoriser la créativité et les réussites surprenantes.
Matthieu Lassagne est ingénieur et master HEC de formation initiale, il a fait sa première partie de carrière dans la finance d'entreprise. C'est la découverte de son haut potentiel qui l'amène à se passionner pour le coaching.
Matthieu est maintenant un spécialiste reconnu dans l'accompagnement des hauts potentiels intellectuels et des multipotentiels. Il a au fil des années affiné sa pratique vers un coaching professionnel spécialisé pour mieux libérer les talents des hauts potentiels. En tant que dirigeant de Coaching et Douance et influenceur LinkedIn, il est très engagé sur ce sujet depuis de nombreuses années. Il anime également des conférences sur le haut potentiel dans des grands groupes, pour mieux expliciter le fonctionnement intuitif et les singularités des HPI et très hauts potentiels intellectuels (THPI).
C'est un visionnaire qui voit au-delà, ce qui stimule les potentiels de ses clients en leur donnant un espace de liberté créative sur mesure. La visualisation métaphorique est une de ses zones d'excellence.
Matthieu est le responsable pédagogique des formations destinées aux hauts potentiels de l'école EAR, École un Autre Regard. Il développe ainsi une pédagogie adaptée aux besoins cognitifs et émotionnels particuliers des neuro-atypiques.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to BOOKIT!, Genève, Switzerland, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
