The green pebbled cloth binding (with gilt decoration on the spine) has some splitting to the cloth along front and rear joints; there is also some wear to head and heel of spine and to the corners. Small owner's architectural sketch in pencil is pasted to front free end page. Moderate foxing throughout including to the plates. A tight copy with no owner names. Fair to good condition overall.
