HMS Life. This item is unavailable.HMS Life

You have in your hands a compelling story, a book of the miraculous, a book of undeniable transformation, hope, discovery, and identity. A story of how to come from nowhere to somewhere, that begins with degradation as two young boys (aged 15 and 16) come to terms with the oft harsh realities of life at sea in Her Majesty's Royal Navy of the 1970s era. With heartfelt honesty the story unfolds into one of abuse and self-abuse as one after another of imposed and self-imposed identities are stripped away making way for a transformation that led both men into Christian ministry. HMS LIFE is at the same time a piece of never-to-be-repeated history and a unique compilation of a dramatic real life story accompanied by a sound and detailed explanation of the incredible transformation that took place. It is proof that redemption and success can come to those who have walked a dangerous and wayward path.
