The rest center was located in buildings that were built in expectation of holding the Olympics, but were not used for that purpose as WWII was going on. The rest center opened June 19, 1944. Map on rear has ink annotation " This is the wing where we sleep." OCLC list one copy at the Wisconsin Veteran Center which places publication in U.S. but this is clearly a field production.
