Reprint limited to 1000 copies (as stated upon page 2; originally published July 1940). 116 pages. Staple-bound paperback: H 26.75cm x L 20cm. Cream colored paper covers lightly soiled; black cloth binding tape over spine. Two small dark stains to fore-edge; interior pages are clean. Binding is firm. A very good+ copy of an uncommon local history reference. With advertisements for local businesses and b/w photographs (although with their reproduction is not as crisp as printed in the original 1940 edition). Text divided into six sections titled as "History of Old Tishomingo County," "Alcorn County," "Prentiss County," "Main Highways," "Some Facts About the School System," and "Some of the Leading Churches." {MS-Shelf#4}.
