A very good hardcover. The binding is excellent. Second Edition. There is a Fold-Out Map at the front which is like new and numerous Charts and some B & W Plates. No dust jacket as published. There are some signatures with dates on the front endpapers, otherwise a very clean copy. A nice copy of this rare book.
