] Paperback, tall octavo, appx 6 3/4 x 10 inches, viii + 323 pages, Good. Light gray only slightly stiff covers are mostly clean, each has a few small edge problems + back cover triangular chip missing adjacent head of spine (where there is also an old browned tape remnant, with brown tape ghost across head of unprinted spine & a short brown tape ghost also on the front cover. (Triangular chip missing is 1 1/4 x 1 1/2 x 2 inches.) Spine covering seems to be holding the textblock snugly bound but f&b covers probably at risk of eventually becoming detached (from repeated openings and closings, and especially so the back cover). The interior has generally survived nicely though some red pencil usage (pp 4 & 5 a little worse than minor, pp 6, 8 & 9 only minor o/w very scattered/very minor through p 116). Seven maps, eight Appendices, Bibliography, extensive Index. Probably first and only printing? RWR5 Minnesota History Law Government Regional Interest.
