The top right corners of the pages are creased. There is creasing & a tear to the left edge of the last page. Good. "The year, 1964, had a very special meaning for the County of The Bronx. It was a year that celebrated its birthday with a year-long Golden Jubilee [1914-1964] to expose its residents and to the nation at large the many facets of living, working and playing in The Bronx and the progress made in the last five decades."
