Neuware - Turn raw printer speed into fast, repeatable 3D printing by learning how to measure, tune, and balance the limits that actually control performance.High-speed printing is not simply a matter of raising velocity and acceleration. Ringing, motor torque, nozzle pressure, volumetric flow, cooling, stepper behavior, toolhead wiring, and material limits can all become bottlenecks long before a printer reaches the numbers shown in a profile. This practical guide shows you how to tune a Klipper-based printer as a complete system. You will learn how to measure mechanical behavior, interpret calibration results, coordinate firmware and slicer settings, diagnose failures, and establish production settings with enough headroom for reliable long prints.Inside, you will learn how to: - Configure Klipper, Mainsail, Moonraker, and OctoPrint for dependable printer control and file management- Set maximum velocity, acceleration, minimum cruise ratio, corner velocity, microstepping, TMC driver current, and motion limits- Install ADXL345 and other supported accelerometers and run resonance sweeps, noise checks, and multi-position measurements- Read PSD data and distinguish structural resonance, ringing, position-dependent vibration, and unreliable measurements- Compare ZV, MZV, ZVD, EI, 2HUMP_EI, and 3HUMP_EI input shapers while balancing suppression against smoothing and fine-detail loss- Calibrate Pressure Advance for direct-drive and Bowden extruders and understand smooth time, retraction, speed transitions, and extruder skipping- Calculate and test maximum volumetric flow, establish production headroom, and coordinate temperature, cooling, flow ratio, nozzle choice, and part strength- Engineer slicer profiles with feature-specific speeds for walls, infill, top surfaces, bridges, overhangs, first layers, and travel- Build repeatable START_PRINT and END_PRINT workflows with adaptive bed mesh, homing, heating, purging, and printer preparation- Configure multi-extruder and IDEX systems and work with MMU gates, Bowden paths, sensors, encoders, tip forming, tool mapping, purge volumes, spool drag, runout, and recovery- Diagnose VFAs, skipped steps, under-extrusion, CAN bus faults, toolhead wiring problems, MCU errors, driver faults, and thermal failures- Separate survival limits, repeatable limits, quality limits, and production limits so speed gains do not come at the cost of reliabilityThe guide includes practical Klipper configuration examples, G-code commands, macros, shell commands, and Python calculations that let you apply the tuning methods directly to real printer setups.Grab your copy today and build a faster Klipper setup around measured performance, controlled tuning, and repeatable results.…

Turn raw printer speed into fast, repeatable 3D printing by learning how to measure, tune, and balance the limits that actually control performance.
High-speed printing is not simply a matter of raising velocity and acceleration.
You will learn how to measure mechanical behavior, interpret calibration results, coordinate firmware and slicer settings, diagnose failures, and establish production settings with enough headroom for reliable long prints.
Inside, you will learn how to:
- Configure Klipper, Mainsail, Moonraker, and OctoPrint for dependable printer control and file management
- Set maximum velocity, acceleration, minimum cruise ratio, corner velocity, microstepping, TMC driver current, and motion limits
- Install ADXL345 and other supported accelerometers and run resonance sweeps, noise checks, and multi-position measurements
- Read PSD data and distinguish structural resonance, ringing, position-dependent vibration, and unreliable measurements
- Compare ZV, MZV, ZVD, EI, 2HUMP_EI, and 3HUMP_EI input shapers while balancing suppression against smoothing and fine-detail loss
- Calibrate Pressure Advance for direct-drive and Bowden extruders and understand smooth time, retraction, speed transitions, and extruder skipping
- Calculate and test maximum volumetric flow, establish production headroom, and coordinate temperature, cooling, flow ratio, nozzle choice, and part strength
- Engineer slicer profiles with feature-specific speeds for walls, infill, top surfaces, bridges, overhangs, first layers, and travel
- Build repeatable START_PRINT and END_PRINT workflows with adaptive bed mesh, homing, heating, purging, and printer preparation
- Configure multi-extruder and IDEX systems and work with MMU gates, Bowden paths, sensors, encoders, tip forming, tool mapping, purge volumes, spool drag, runout, and recovery
- Diagnose VFAs, skipped steps, under-extrusion, CAN bus faults, toolhead wiring problems, MCU errors, driver faults, and thermal failures
- Separate survival limits, repeatable limits, quality limits, and production limits so speed gains do not come at the cost of reliability
The guide includes practical Klipper configuration examples, G-code commands, macros, shell commands, and Python calculations that let you apply the tuning methods directly to real printer setups.
Grab your copy today and build a faster Klipper setup around measured performance, controlled tuning, and repeatable results.
