Are you ready to stop surviving and start building the legacy God has for you?
The HEIRS™ Guide to Generational Wealth is not your average personal finance book. You won't find generic advice about cutting lattes and saving pennies. What you will find is a comprehensive, faith-driven roadmap for building real, lasting, generational wealth — the kind that changes your family tree forever.
Written by real estate investor and mentor Kito J. Johnson, who closed his first deal at just twenty years old, this book combines street-smart financial strategies with biblical principles to help you build wealth God's way. Whether you're starting from zero or looking to take your finances to the next level, this book meets you where you are and shows you exactly where to go.
Inside, you'll discover:
- The HEIRS™ framework — five powerful principles for building and sustaining generational wealth
- How to break free from poverty thinking and step into the abundance mindset God designed you for
- Why real estate is the most proven wealth-building vehicle in history — and how to close your first deal even with little money or experience
- Practical strategies for creating multiple streams of income, using leverage and creative financing, and protecting your assets with LLCs, insurance, and estate planning
- How to teach your children about money, build wealth as a family, and create a 100-year plan that blesses generations you'll never meet
- The kingdom principle that makes generosity the accelerator of wealth — not the enemy of it
This book is for you if:
You're a believer who knows God has more in store for your family. You're tired of living paycheck to paycheck and ready to take control of your financial future. You want practical, actionable strategies — not theory. You're willing to step out in faith, take bold action, and trust the process.
Kito J. Johnson has built a portfolio of income-producing properties and mentored hundreds of people on their journey to financial freedom. Every lesson in this book comes from real life — the wins, the losses, and the God who showed up through it all.
You are an heir to the promises of God. It's time to claim your inheritance.
Your legacy starts now.
