Paperback. Halt the Carriage is a book of compelling stories ranging across a broad literary spectrum, with themes touching on friendship, sacrifice, childbirth, betrayal, and death set on seven different stages, spanning from the year 1900 to the mid-1980s. Sharing common themes of compassion and fortitude under fire, set in bygone days when empathy was real, and when an act of courage wasn't something that one boasted about, but rather, it was simply what one did with quiet dignity because it was the right thing to do. Halt the Carriage is a book of short stories ranging across a broad literary spectrum, with themes touching on friendship, sacrifice, childbirth, betrayal, and death set on seven different stages spanning from the year 1900 to the mid-1980s.
