The popular saying that the habit does not make the monk, but our habits and customs do make up the person we are. To have a full life we must unlearn some things and learn others. There are many ways to do it and one of them is meditation and the adoption of small habits that gradually change us and lead us towards what we want to be. We must understand that we are the sum of our actions, of our habits that, in this case, do make the monk.
