xv, 291 pp. Light blue cloth illustrated and lettered to front and spine in gilt; top-edge gilt. Spine lightly sunned & slanted, some cockling to rear board, little losses to bottom edge of boards and some wear to extremities. Foxing to very front and rear leaves with an previous owner's name in ink to paste-down, 'from Santa Claus, Xmas 1909'. Illustrated throughout by Arthur Rackham with black and white textual illustrations and 12 colour plates, complete. Large 8vo. Illustrated.

We have been trading in Chiswick for 55 years - come and visit us in our bow-windowed c18th shop. All of our shipments are now tracked. Our Standard service is currently Royal Mail Tracked with FedEx, UPS and Parcelforce for larger parcels; local conditions vary so please be patient with us. Stephen Foster ; Foster Books, 183 Chiswick High Road, London W4 2DR. Old and rare books, a good turnover of stock leaning towards Arts subjects. Fine bindings, illustrated, literature. Only 5 minutes walk from Turnham Green tube station on the District Line in West London. The Chiswick shop is open Monday to Saturday 10-30 to 17-30 GMT and most Sundays 11 to 5 and earlier at the beginning of the month when the Flower and Antiques Markets are on in front of the shop (by all means call in advance to be sure). We only list a small proportion of the ever changing stock.
