Very uncommon. The office of The U.S. High Commissioner for Germany was created to oversee the establishment and development of the Federal Republic of Germany after World War II. Good condition hardcover. No dust jacket as issued. Ex-Library with standard library markings but no pocket since this copy was kept in the reference section. Book is square and sound. Pages are completely clean and undamaged save for a few minor library marks. Exterior covers show some very minor spots and marks, slight rubbing. Light wear around edges of covers. Condition is actually very decent with minimal library marks. It will be bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery. Seller Inventory # ABR37
