Looking for a cracking little gift for the older Brit in your life - or perhaps for yourself (if you can remember where you left your glasses)?
This very British OAP word search book is packed with 50 light-hearted puzzles celebrating the wonderfully daft, vintage and unmistakably British words that only a seasoned pensioner could appreciate.
Inside you’ll find pages full of cheeky, nostalgic and delightfully British terms - think Gym Pumps, Nutty Slack, Bus Pass and plenty more. If you’ve ever muttered “kids these days” or groaned your way out of an armchair, you’ll feel right at home.
The puzzles are designed to be enjoyable rather than frustrating - perfect for a relaxing cuppa-and-pencil break between the soaps and antique-hunting shows on the telly.
Inside this book you’ll find
- 50 nostalgic British word search puzzles
- Includes full solutions at the back (easy-to-read, one per page)
- Packed with words and phrases that oldies refuse to stop using
- Relaxing, low-stress and gently amusing puzzle book for older adults
Enjoy a word search book designed for British seniors who are in equal parts lovely, grumpy and absolutely done with everyone’s nonsense.
If this isn’t you (yet!), there will be some old codger in your life with yet another birthday coming up that fits the bill perfectly.
Grab a pencil. Or grab several, because you’ll forget where you put them.
