About the Author
Rajshree Srivastava is an Assistant Professor in DIT University Dehradun in the department of Computer Science and Engineering. She has completed her M.Tech form JIIT Noida (Deemed to be University) in CSE-IS, B.Tech from RTU in Computer Science and Engineering. She is a life time member of (IEAE), Member of IEEE, CSI, ACM, ACM-W, IAENG, Internet of Things. Her area of research is in Machine learning, big data, biomedical, privacy security. She has published more than 10 book chapters, and many in IEEE/Springer Conferences. Previously she has been a TPC member of (ICIC 2018), (ICETMSD-2018),(ICACE 2018), (WECON 2018), (ICAST-2018), (RTESD-2018) any more IEEE/Scopus indexed conferences. She has given a talk at IIT Kharagpur in the event of Vishleshan 2019. Currently she is also session chair holder of PDGC 2018,INDIACOM 2019.Reviewer of the Journal entitled International Journal of Handheld Computing Research (IJHCR), IGI Global Publisher. She has guided around many undergraduate’s project. She has attended various FDP, Short term courses, Workshops from IIT’s, NIT’S. She is also an editor of book of Springer, De-Gruyter. Elsevier and many more.
Dr. Sandeep Kautish is seasoned academician with over 14 years quality academic experience. He holds PhD in Computer Science with specialization in social network analytics and sentiment analysis. He has over 55 quality publications into account which includes Articles/Research Papers/Cases/Review Papers. He is certified by Microsoft in various domains i.e. Python, Power BI, and Tableau. One PhD has been awarded under his supervision from Bharathiar University Coimbatore. He is a member of Editorial boards of Inderscience, IGI Global and Australasian Journal of Information Systems. He has successfully organized 12 national/international conferences/FDPs at Jaipur, Dehradun and Bathinda as Organizing Secretary/Resource Person on Data Mining, research paradigms kind of topics. He has been nominated as Technical Program Committee member of 07 International Conferences at Bangkok, Paris, Singapore and others. He is an active member of CSI, IEEE, CSTA, SCIEI, IACSIT, IABE, IAENG and WASET and many more.
Dr. Rajeev Tiwari is working as an Associate Professor in SCS in UPES, Dehradun (India). He is a senior IEEE Member. He has done Ph.D. in CSE from ThaparUniveristy, Patiala (Punjab). He has more than 13 years of research and teaching experience. His broad area of research are Cloud Computing, MANET, VANET, QoS in wireless networks, Cache Invalidation Techniques, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning. He is also an expert in simulation and design of scenarios on NS2, SUMO and MOVE. He is an active member of IEEE,ACM,IEI, IACSIT and IAENG. He has total 30+ international publications. His publications are majorly indexed in SCI, Scopus and DBLP. He has published on Patent also. He has chaired many sessions in international conferences. He is a lead reviewer in SCI indexed journal of Springer, IEEE and ScienceDirect and international conferences. He has published 8 book chapters also with international publishers.He has contributions in funded projects in field of IoT, Cloud and wireless network QoS.

Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to PBShop.store US, Springfield Gardens, New York, U.S.A., +44 1285 712917, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
