Tom and his family are flying to Greece for Easter, ready to reunite with Yiayia, Papou, and their extended family. As he soaks in the beauty of Greek traditions, he writes letters to his best friend, sharing the daily customs, heartfelt moments, and mouth-watering feasts that make Greek Orthodox Easter so unique.
From Lazarus Saturday to the joyous Easter Sunday feast, Tom’s adventure introduces children to the rich traditions, faith, and family spirit that define this beloved celebration.
- Step into an authentic Greek Easter experience, beautifully illustrated and rich in detail
-Learn about Holy Week traditions, from the candlelit midnight service to cracking red eggs
-A wonderful keepsake gift, perfect for children celebrating Easter in Greece or abroad
-Celebrates family, faith, and the joy of coming together
Aimed at children ages 5–11. However, reading ability is very subjective; what will be right for one child will not necessarily be right for another of the same age. As children grow older, they can re-read the story, discover new meanings, and enjoy it as much as the first time they read it.
Other books in the series:
- Our Very Greek Summer: and a Very Greek Baptism
- Our Very Greek Traditions & A Few Superstitions
Now also available in Greek as To Diko Mas Elliniko Pascha (Greek Edition).
