This is the second impression of the first edition of this book of 268 action photographs of some of the leading golfers of the day exhibiting their techniques in the use of various golf clubs. Golfers include: Harry Vardon; J. H. Taylor; Harold H. Hilton; James Braid; Alex herd and many others. There is even a chapter devoted to Cricket and Golf with a photograph of J. H. Taylor and W.G. Grace together and both appear ready for a round. Generally in very good condition in original green cloth with gilt vignette to top board and titles to spine. Spine hinges rubbed and exhibiting minor wear to extremities and slightly shaken. Pencilled name of previous owner to ffep. T.E.G. Seller Inventory # 001122
