A grandpa has lots of special wishes for his new grandchild. Grandpa wishes for a creative, adventurous, and thoughtful life for his grandbaby. Most of all, he wishes to share moments and make memories together. A wonderful keepsake from grandfather to grandchild. Cozy and adorable badgers are used in place of people, to be any race, gender, or age.
Grandpa's Wish List is part of our Grandma Wishes collection, which is a series dedicated to portraying the special bond between grandparents and grandchildren. We find intergenerational relationships a significant source of fostering mutual understanding, empathy, and wisdom-sharing, as well as an invaluable concept for little ones to explore as they grow up and learn to exchange experiences among different age groups.
- Sturdy, thick board pages ?designed to withstand traditional wear and tear on board books for curious little infants and toddlers.
- Soft rhyming text is easy to read aloud and keep children engaged throughout the story. Rhyming text teaches language patterns that help strengthen language development.
- A keepsake board book children will cherish for generations.
- Reinforce the concept of unconditional love ?with your little one by exploring how much love and preparation you gave before they were even born.
- One of many perfect gifts from Cottage Door Press for Father's Day, birthdays, Grandparent's Day, little valentines, new grandfathers, and more!

About the Author
Cottage Door Press is an independent publisher of high-quality children's books. We believe that every child deserves an excellent first book experience--beginning on the day they're born.
Reading is learning is our driving philosophy, and we strive to help parents understand why reading aloud from birth is so important. We offer a simple development-based guide to help them on their journey.
Madison Lodi is a pen name for the creative team at Cottage Door Press. We use a name like this when we work together on a story. We choose a name that stands for "red bird", which is our cheerful little mascot.
Sydney was raised in Minnesota alongside numerous pets and brothers. When she wasn't tunneling through snowdrifts or rescuing frogs from rain gutters, she was drawing. Her illustrations and paintings still reflect these early adventures and are marked by a love for animals and the natural world. In addition to her traditional illustrations Sydney is an experienced 2D and 3D production artist. In 2011 she moved to Los Angeles where she's worked for several animation shops including Nickelodeon and Disney Interactive. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time outside with her adopted brother, a Labrador retriever named Cash.
Cottage Door Press is an independent publisher of high-quality children's books. Our books are designed to spark curiosity in the littlest readers and fan the flames of lifelong learning. We understand children deserve our respect. That's why we always select artwork and stories that encourage caregivers to "read up" to their little ones--exploring interests together, learning together, and giving their young minds room to grow.
We also believe in creating stories that reflect the boundless possibilities of all children. We hope to create books that inspire little ones to connect, encourage them to dream, give them cause to celebrate, and allow them to see themselves beautifully reflected in the stories they read.
To bring these beautiful stories to life, our diverse and talented staff collaborates with authors and illustrators from all backgrounds and nationalities. We have also partnered with multicultural brands and literacy organizations to make sure our books reflect and reach as many little ones as possible.
