Octavo, bound in original full smooth calf with spine decoration in gilt and gilt lettering on red spine label. The boards show wear at the corners and hinges but the book remains very strong. Original endpapers as well, again, showing wear and little looseness but remaining quite strong. 664 pp, plus index and introduction and over 600pp of music.
