By The Grace Of God and Good Nutrition is not another anemic concept of 'How to be successful."

Mentally and spiritually malnourished people are literally starving because of lack of knowledge-ignorance-that good nutrition is just as vital for a successful mind and spirit as it is for a successful body.

By The Grace Of God and Good Nutrition states, implicitly, that the only pathway to "total" success is through the health of the body, the health of the mind, and the health of the spirit; and it denies, emphatically, that one can stand successfully without the other.
