" Ce matin, le chien Goum a tr�s peur, car il a entendu sa ma�tresse, prendre rendez-vous pour dix heures, chez le v�t�rinaire, ce piqueur de fesses. L'air de rien, le cabot aux aguets, �chafaude un plan pour se faire la malle. Et lorsqu'elle ouvre pour prendre son courrier, sa ma�tresse a tout juste le temps de voir filer l'animal. " C'est le point de d�part d'une d�ambulation de Goum dans la ville. Quelle joie de respirer le parfum de la libert�, mais tr�s vite il sent la faim lui torde l'estomac, et on le chasse de partout. Mais le soir, il rencontre une chienne, au poil brillant et aux beaux yeux noirs. Ensemble, ils vont s'amuser � la f�te foraine, puis s'endorment � la lueur des �toiles. Le lendemain, apr�s quelques p�rip�ties suppl�mentaires, ils d�cident de rentrer au foyer de Goum retrouver sa maitresse. Et depuis ce jour, ces trois-l� ne se quittent plus.
