What if your greatest challenge revealed your deepest strength?
When life delivers the unexpected - like a cancer diagnosis or a personal crisis - it can feel like your world is crumbling under the weight of opinions, expectations, and fear. Everyone has advice: "Try this diet." "Meditate it away." "God will heal/help you if you're faithful." "Think positive, and it will all work out." But what if you could quiet those voices and focus on the one that truly matters - yours?
In It's All Good... Except When It's Not (And How to Keep Going Anyway), Narelle Todd shares her raw, honest, and often hilarious journey through cancer, showing you how to take back control of your story. This is not about what others expect of you. It's about finding your own path, guided by your values and your trusted medical team, whoever that may be.
Narelle's practical wisdom, heartfelt reflections, and laugh-out-loud moments remind us that cancer - or any life challenge - doesn't define us. It's how we choose to live each day that matters.
This is not about surviving; it's about finding light in the darkest moments, uncovering joy in the ordinary, and creating a life you love - no matter what.
Perfect for anyone navigating a cancer diagnosis or facing life's curveballs, It's All Good... Except When It's Not (And How to Keep Going Anyway) will help you:
- Quiet the noise of other people's expectations.
- Reclaim your voice and trust your instincts.
- Tap into your inner resilience, courage, and humor.
Discover how to live life on your terms, face the unexpected with grace, and find moments of joy - even on the hardest days.
