Practical, accessible and compact, it combines not only the expertise of conventional medicine and the ancient wisdom of herbalism, but also the more modern application of homeopathy, the gentle effectiveness of aromatherapy and age-old nutritional practices. With ten tabbed sections taking you straight to the different body systems (including a separate section on childhood illnesses), the directory concentrates on simple home remedies, allowing you to choose which kind of treatment - conventional or complementary - will suit you best in different situations.
