Every day, leaders are expected to make decisions under pressure, align teams with competing priorities, and deliver results in an environment that never stands still.
There is no shortage of advice.
Yet many leaders still struggle with:
- teams that work hard but lack direction
- strategies that fail in execution
- growth that exposes weakness instead of strength
- decisions that create complexity instead of clarity
In The Good Book’s Guide to Management, timeless insights are drawn from the Bible and applied to modern leadership challenges. Through practical lessons from figures such as Moses, Joseph, and Nehemiah, this book explores how effective leadership works in real situations—under pressure, in uncertainty, and with real responsibility.
This is not a book about religion.
It is a practical guide to leadership, management, and decision-making.
What You Will Learn
- How to define clear direction and priorities
- How to build and develop stronger teams
- How to think strategically before acting
- How to execute with discipline and accountability
- How to lead with integrity under pressure
- Business leaders and managers
- Team leaders and supervisors
- Entrepreneurs and founders
- Anyone responsible for people, decisions, or results
Most leadership books focus on what’s new.
This one focuses on what works.
The principles in this book have endured for centuries—not because they are old, but because they are true.
Each chapter is structured for practical application, with:
- clear leadership insights
- real-world explanation
- reflection questions
- actionable steps
The application is practical.
The responsibility is yours.
