Golden Twilight is a book about love and memories. I look up at the beautiful blue sky and I drift into a dream. I find myself walking down memory lane and I become heartfelt. Sadness and grief also enters the Golden Twilight. A collection of poetry dealing with all aspects and emotions of life. I have entered the Golden Twilight. My heart grows into a flower and I bloom for all eternity.

Chapter One

Fly Away Precious Angel, I see your golden wings flowing through the puffy clouds, I see your beautiful face glowing with the stars, Love and faith has brought my heart to great heights, I would love to fly away with you, Fly into the New World, Fly into your heart, My love is as deep as the ocean, You took me into your heart and soul to love, I am grateful to you for that, You are a precious angel, Taking me under your golden wing, I will cherish, I will learn, I will prosper, My heart and soul was frozen in this tragic kingdom, Your love melted that coldness away, My angel, I would fly anywhere with you, As long as we are together, Forever in your heart. Language Of Love Looking into your eyes, I see a beautiful angel in front of me, Your eyes take me into another world, A world of love and peace for the both of us, I wish that our moment together could stand still, Because there will never be a moment that is so beautiful, My heartfelt emotions glow in front of your eyes, Showing my true feelings for you, My heart and soul are wide open, Open for you to guide me to the journey and paradise of your heart, You have given me the language of love, A language that has no vocal expression, The spirit of your heart tells me all that I need to know, My heart loves you, My soul loves you, I love you, Though the words have not been spoken, Our heart and souls have spoken the language of love, Language of realness, Language of true love, Language of the heart, A heart that creates the purity of the love that I carry for you, Together we stand, Together we will always stay, Forever. Sad Eyes- (Life Goes On) The love of my life has broken my heart, But I continue to live my life, Tears continue to roll down my face, Life goes on, Thoughts of the afterlife enter my mind so often, I sometimes just want to leave this cold world behind, Putting my hands out to the sky so that God can reach me and carry me out to the heavenly skies, My life goes on, Poetry is what I live for, It is the pure creation of me, Spreading my words to the sad eyes of this world, I will continue to live this life until God calls me home, A cold world like this changes a person so much, Freezing my heart into ice, The love in my heart protects me from the bitter and miserable people of this world, Life goes on, No matter what you go through in life, the world does not stop for anyone, Life continues to go on. Sad Eyes- (Broken Halo) I am the fallen angel, The angel with broken wings, The angel with broken dreams, I look back on the past mistakes that I have made, Looking back at triumphs and failures, Thinking about the tears that I have cried, Leaving behind the people who have hurt me so deeply, I now try to make better judgments on the people that surround me, I am a spiritual soul with a blooming heart, Always going forward and never backwards, My sad eyes stare up at the sparking stars at night, Wishing for a true love to come into my life, To build a beautiful relationship together, Tears of an angel fall into my hands, They are my tears, My halo has been broken into pieces, I am not the perfect human that everyone thought I was, I have scars, I have secrets, I have sad eyes, Sad eyes that will always be apart of me, My halo is broken, My soul shatters into pieces, Pieces that flow into the evening sky, A new star is born. Sad Eyes- (Paradise Found) The lonely man with the sad eyes, Trying to find the pathway to God, I have the heart and soul of an angel, But people try to bring me down in their misery, No one can ever change the heart that I have, Purely genuine, Purely soulful, I am the angel with the broken wings, Trying to fly my way back to a paradise I once knew, A paradise in which only my dreams can take me, So beautiful and peaceful, I wish that I could stay asleep forever, Maybe I will, Someday. Sad Eyes-(Masks) Are there any real people here on this earth? Every person that I meet has a mask on, A mask of lies and deception, Makes me believe that true friends are non-existent, Everyone seems to be hiding something in their closet, But yet they judge everyone else on how they should live, Hypocrites are born everyday, Everyone should practice what they preach, And some should stop hiding in the closet with fear, Unhappiness will be with you forever if your always hiding and not facing the truth about yourself, I don't live my life for other people, I never will, My sad eyes can see through any mask that someone tries to put on, It's really sad to me, Seeing people everyday who pretend to be happy but are dying inside, Living their life based on opinions and judgments by total strangers, Some of which who are hiding something also, What a world this is, A world of sinners and phony angels, I will never hide my sad eyes in a mask. Heaven-(My Visit To Grandmas House) I see my grandmother, In a beautiful white dress, Tending to her lovely garden, Roses and marigolds circle her peaceful home, I wanted to give her a visit before I leave this golden paradise, She receives a big hug from me, having not seeing her for so long, We talk, We laugh, We remember, I wish that this moment could freeze in time forever, Hoping that there was a way for me to stay here, Grandma tells me that it's not yet my time to live here but I could always visit her until then, Precious moments like this I don't ever want to forget, I will never forget, Family will always be the treasure of my heart, Reunited we will be someday, Undying love, I will see you again soon Grandma, Sweet Dreams. Bells Of Heaven The angels in heaven are calling for me, Ringing their bells with such sweet harmony, I fly through the clouds with my ivory wings, Gently touching every cloud I come across, My heart is filled with endless joy, I am no longer living in a tragic kingdom, I now live in a glowing paradise, The paradise of God and the angels, Bells of heaven ring with such beautiful melody, Tears of my heart fall from the sky, Touching the lonely souls of the world, Bringing them to a place of love and belonging, The bells of heaven are now in my hands, Calling out to all angels of heaven, Bring me all the lonely hearts of earth to paradise, The bells of heaven, A stairway to a true paradise. Tears Of God Tears of my soul fall down from heaven, Now I know the true purpose of my life, To share the love of my heart with other people, To give to those who are less fortunate, I have learned so much from my past, Hurt and sorrow no longer cover my genuine heart, I pray to the angels to protect my heart and soul, Living in such a troubled world now, I put my faith in God to guide me towards true happiness, Tears in my eyes are from absolute joy, My body is now filled with peace and tranquility, The tears of God are falling from the sky, How upset he must be on how this world turned out, I know that he has our path already set out for us, I have found my path to peace, The love in my heart blossoms everyday, A love that I want to share with the people that mean so much to me, Tears of God continue to fall from the sky, Melting away the frozen hearts of the world, Bringing faith and joy to the people of the world, I am truly blessed to live out my dream, As long as we hold on to our faith, Anything can happen. Sad Eyes-(The Painful Truth) I have been living in a fairy tale, A fairy tale that was so beautiful and loving, A fairy tale that was a lie, There are just some things that you don't want to believe, There are some things that you don't want to know, My sad eyes have revealed the truth to me, Deep down, I already knew that this relationship was coming to an end, My heart told me that a long time ago, Ignoring the signs that God was showing to me, I just didn't want my heart to crumble again, But now it's too late, I don't ever want to see this person again, The love that I had felt died a long time ago, I don't think I could recognize this person again, My eyes only see a stranger now, It's better to face the truth than live a lie, God has shown me the fatal truth, Golden tears have fallen from my eyes, But now I am feeling much better, Moving on with my life and accepting the way things are, I will never again live in a fools paradise, Always live in the real world, not a fantasy. Sad Eyes-(Heart to Heart) My precious heart, We have been through so much together, Twenty four years of ups and downs, I have broken you into pieces so many times, Being hurt and betrayed in the past, You have stayed strong with me, Giving me great advice on my emotional being, I couldn't have asked for a better jewel to be inside me, Being attached to my soul has given me great peace, My delicate heart, You have cried tears for the both of us, During the happy times, During the sad times, We both still cry those silent tears, Until the end of time, We are connected, Body to heart, Heart to soul, Soul to heaven, Forever Love. Sad Eyes-(The Beginning) from the day I was born, I had these sad brown eyes, Viewing the pros and cons of this world, Reeling the true effects of life and love, Cherishing the moments of my childhood, Moments that I will keep in my heart forever, Spending time with my grandmother in `Pennsylvania, I felt so at home when I was with her, Thinking about grandma brings my heart to tears, She is now enjoying her life in heaven as an angel, Conversations with God bring me at true peace, I've had some very emotional moments in my life, "Bringing my heart and soul to endless tears, Sometimes asking God, "Why am I going through this sadness? "But I now know that everything happens for a reason, People have entered in and out of my life, Some of which who have hurt me deeply, Taking my kindness for weakness and hurting me, I have been hurt and betrayed by the ones, who claim to love me so much, "Misery truly does love company, That is not the company that I want to be around, Love can be so blind sometimes, "But God has opened my eyes and heart in so many ways, God has healed my heart from the pain and sadness caused by the fake people that were in my life, People that were nothing but lost causes, I have moved on and I am truly happy, "But I continue to have these sad brown eyes, Sad eyes that were with me since the day I was born, After leaving the negativity in my life, (My heart has blossomed into a creation of beauty, I continue to live my life with respect and dignity, Continuing to have conversations with God, Conversations about love, life, and heaven, Sometimes I think about the end of the world, I also think about the end of my life, Twenty-five years of joy and pain, I feel like an ancient old man sometimes, As if my soul has lived here for so long, The world can be so bitterly cold, But out of this darkness, I have found true beauty, The beauty of my life is so amazing, I now know my true purpose for being here, I am a poetic man with an angelic heart and soul, Viewing the world through my eyes and expressing my heartfelt feelings about it, My conversations with God have been so spiritual, Sometimes I cry on his shoulder at night, expressing the sadness that comes from within, I have created my own happiness but I still feel like I'm missing something, I think about the angel son that I want in this world, I also think about how cold and cruel this world can be, Why would I want to bring an angel into this devil's paradise? I feel my soul floating over the stars at night, spending time with my beloved grandmother who is in heaven, The ending of this world would be a new beginning for my ancient soul, I will be reborn in a true paradise, Sit one time, my heartfelt like broken glass, But God has healed my open wounds, Wounds left from the painful realities of earth, My sad eyes continue to live on forever. White Pearls-(Pure Love) Genuine white pearls, Falling from the sky, My soul has been frozen, Frozen into white pearls falling from the rainbow, A love has been created, A pure love, Natural feelings coming together to form something beautiful, I feel a gentle glow surrounding my heart, I am safe and protected, I will not get hurt this time around, Something pure and natural has come my way, The frozen white pearls have melted from my heart, Releasing my soul into heaven, We have found each other, A pure love is finally formed, My genuine white pearls guide me home, What a beautiful moment. Ocean of hope, I step into the cold waters of your deep blue sea, I have lost all hope of trying to put my broken heart together in complete pieces, I come to you for guidance and security, Can you give me the peace and faith that I have yearned for all these years? A beautiful sunset is created behind the crystal blue waters I now stand in, Reaching out to feel your immortal presence, I feel reborn again, Feeling baptized into a new creation, A creation of trust and faith, Hope will always stand by my mended heart, I will make it through the stormy days and nights, Ocean of hope, I thank you for the precious waterfall that has transformed me into a loving human being, I thank you, Ocean of Hope.

Angel Song-(trail Of Tears) There is a great depression, I can actually feel the pain of the world inside of my heart, I have created a trail of tears for those who have been deeply hurt, Trail of tears that transforms any bitter heart that comes it's way, Becoming a gentle angel, I have made an angel song, A song that will lift all the angels that are living here on earth and bring them to heaven, A song that you can only hear at night, When you see a precious angel playing it's harp above the stars, Then you will know that my angel song has been played, The song that will turn any hateful person into a loving human being, A trail of tears still fall down my face, But there is a difference, Happiness has been created and it brings me to such emotion, My tears of happiness, I am the angel that has changed the hearts of the world, I have truly been blessed. Angel Song-Part Two-(Peaceful Soul) My delicate heart, Resting peacefully to the sounds of an angel song, Beautifully sung by a golden angel with a heart of purity and grace, I look up at the sky and I see her sitting on a star by the crescent moon, Being so moved by the angels, I join in on the chorus, Singing this song almost brings my grandmother to life, I feel here peaceful spirit surrounding me at night, She is more happy than she has ever been in her life, That turns me into a peaceful soul of earth, My soul will also leave this earth one day and join the angels that touch my heart, Listening to my angels song, My heart feels brand new, Like a beautiful red rose, I hold on to my faith in God, He will guide me to my destiny, My destiny and afterlife, A beautiful soul has rested in peace, At last.
