Leanne's bath time is boring. It's annoying. It's a pain. Luckily, her father has some excellent, terrific, and spectacular ideas to make it more interesting. He runs down to the sea and brings back one turtle. Then two eels. Then three clown fish. Soon Leanne's bath time is fun It's amusing It's exciting But when the ten octopi arrive, could it be too much of a good thing? Translated from Andree Poulin's lively text, Going for a Sea Bath combines the best of a bath time book and a seashore book with a father-daughter adventure that will inspire giggles all around. Anne-Claire Delisle's whimsical art is delightfully expressive, blending the everyday details of bath time with a fantastical effusion of smiling sea creatures, a charmingly silly father, and one little girl who will never complain about boring bath times again.
