It's 3 a.m., the baby is crying, and everyone who knew what they were doing stayed at the hospital.
The hospital hands you a folder of discharge papers and sends you home. No test to pass, no manual in the diaper bag, nobody coming at 3 a.m. God's Gift is Here! is a month-by-month plan for first-time Christian dads, covering the whole first year from the drive home to the first birthday, written for a capable man who intends to keep showing up.
You get a job every single month. Each monthly entry covers five things: what your baby is doing, the job in front of you, a Scripture focus, a short devotional, and a guided prayer.
The practical stuff is actually in here. The night shift, colic and the witching hour, the four-month sleep regression, starting solids, babyproofing, and how to have her back while she heals.
God's Word anchors every month. These pages treat the first year as twelve months God uses to keep building the father.
She can give it with confidence. A natural gift for new dads, baby dedications, and first Father's Days, made for the man who just carried the car seat through the front door.
It follows God's Gift is Coming! and stands on its own. Be ready from the very first month with God's Gift is Here! The Baby's First Year at Home for New Christian Dads.
