Paperback. "You're not your family. You're not what's happened to you. You're not what anyone says you are. You can do anything. You can decide." In a kingdom ruled by a family of decadent gods, a young woman known only as Small is all that remains of a brutal clan of revolutionaries dubbed the Nameless. Desperate to rescue her kind from bondage, she seeks out the help of the lost hero Rufus, the first and only God Killer. Yet when Small finds Rufus is nothing like the legends say, she uncovers a secret that brought the Nameless from their greatest triumph to the brink of extermination. GOD OF TOIL is a sweeping, morally complex adventure about shattering assumptions, demystifying myths, and breaking cycles. It champions love, empathy, and perseverance in the face of overwhelming futility. This item is printed on demand.
