Paperback. When someone we love leaves this earth, it's as if we lose a precious treasure. As if all that remains is a deep, dark hole. We don't know how we'll survive the pain. Let alone how we'll move forward without our loved one. When her best friend and ministry partner died, Ann was surprised by the intense grief that rolled over her. Friends called Ann Griffiths and Donna Inglis "conjoined twins." They did everything together and promised to be there for each other when the end came. This forty-day devotional beautifully chronicles their journey together during the final short months of Donna's life, and Ann's own journey of processing raw grief after Donna passed. Filled with faith, humor, love, and hope for the future, it shows us how to live in the aftermath of a death. God, I'm Broken is a deeply personal account of the process of losing a best friend, yet finding joy in the midst of letting go. These words of encouragement, hope, and comfort from someone who has been there will resonate with anyone experiencing the deep pain of grief and bring God's peace. This item is printed on demand.
