Add to basketSynopsis: Utilizing the Holy Scriptures-the Bible and the Quran both, this book "One God For All" presents a series of letters written to the well-known American evangelist Franklin Graham in reply to the first part of his comment where he said, "The god of Islam is not the same God of the Christian or the Judeo-Christian faith. It is a different god." Then he said, "And I believe Islam is a very evil and a very wicked religion." Mr. Graham made this comment on Mr. Bush's Presidential inauguration ceremony on Jan 20, 2001, after he offered his prayer.
The author who is a Muslim by birth and practice, found his comment not only unauthentic but malicious and misleading for the people of the Western world-especially the Christians who hardly know anything about the God of the Muslims or about their religion Islam.
Based on the countless evidence from both parts of the Bible and the Quran-the last and the final guidebook of God, the author has made it distinctly clear that the Muslims comprising today nearly one-fifth population of the world, have still been worshiping the same One God of Jesus, Moses, and Abraham since Muhammad was sent last reviving, rectifying, and restoring their pure monotheistic faith in Islam, about fourteen hundred years ago.
Autobiography: Dil R. Banu, a Muslim by birth and practice, is a retired lecturer from a prestigious school in her homeland, Bangladesh, and settled in America about thirty years ago. She worked as a substitute teacher in local elementary schools for a year or so, and then she began to operate a licensed family daycare in her rented apartment, where all her neighbours were Christians. This job was a turning point in her life, transforming her from a daycare provider into a writer.
Her favorite subject has been Comparative Religion since her teenage years. She loves to learn about God and His religions, which people of the world believe and follow in His name. She finds it amazing when people follow different religions in the name of the same God but claim that all others are misled and destined for eternal hell except them.
She believes that a person's faith in God should be prudent and reflective instead of being blind or self-made. Since life on this earth is short and most uncertain, and people have no chance to correct their mistakes once they cross the one-way exit of death and find themselves in the wrong place, she believes the sooner they identify the true path of God and try to follow it, the better for them.
