In reality, the path usually involves distractions, detours, procrastination, overwhelm, self-doubt — and the occasional urge to give up entirely.
That’s where the P.E.R.F.E.C.T. Goal Setting framework comes in.
In this practical and refreshingly down-to-earth book, Stephanie Philp combines mindset, behavioural change, neuroscience, NLP and personal development principles to help readers set goals they genuinely want — and actually follow through with them.
Packed with real-life examples, humour and practical tools, Goal Setting - 7 Principles for Remarkable Success explores why people get stuck, lose motivation, sabotage themselves, or drift away from what matters most.
You’ll learn how to:
- overcome procrastination and overwhelm
- maintain motivation and momentum
- deal with distractions and setbacks
- align your thinking and behaviour with your goals
- create goals that stretch and challenge you without burning you out
“If you decide to read just one book on goal setting, this book must be the one.”
